Episode 101 The Triplets: Violet, Amelie and Eve

Today we’re spending the day with not one, but three new friends! Violet, Amelie and Eve are triplets! They are sisters, all born on the same day! We’ll meet their mom, dad, and big sister, Lilah. And while they may look a lot alike, we’ll find out how different they really are! We’ll join them as they put on a play, build a fort, pillow fight and take on their parents in a game of ball hockey! Get ready for three times the fun!

Get ready to move with Akintayo and his family! Tayo is a b-boy, someone who loves breaking – it’s a cool type of dancing that can sometimes include spinning on your head! We’re headed to the country for a fun day on the farm with Rosalie and her family. Rosalie has Down syndrome, so she’s a little bit smaller than other kids her age. She always wears a big smile and loves to help with the chores around the farm, like feeding their horses, Tommy and Blue! But you know what’s better than feeding horses? Riding them with your sister! And that’s what she will do! Giddy up!

Get ready for a smashing good time with Jordan! Jordan has Cerebral Palsy (CP), which affects his muscles, but we’re going to need to be on our toes to keep up with him! We join Jordan on a tour of his home, where he makes a homemade bottle rocket with his mom. Then it’s off to the gym where Jordan and his buddies can smash into each other with cool bumper wheelchairs while competing in a fun game of wheelchair rugby!
Episode 105 Alyah

We’re off to spend the day with Alyah and her family. Alyah loves hanging out with her three sisters in their ‘4 bunkbed room’! Alyah, like her sisters, wears a hijab wherever she goes… and Alyah is always on the go! After a quick tour around her home, it’s off to the beach for a yummy picnic, soccer and paddle boarding fun!

Leiku embraces his Japanese and Canadian cultures with passion. When he’s not busy with league hockey or children’s choir, this generous boy is helping others, even growing his hair long to donate for cancer wigs. Leiku scores a ‘hat trick’ in three languages—Japanese, French, and English—with ease. His favorite foods are burgers and pizza, but he’d much rather show you how to make sushi!

Ruby is an energetic artistic kid with a big personality! Ruby was born with low vision and needs tinted glasses to keep the bright light out of her eyes. Ruby is super creative, she loves to draw, write stories using a brailler, and even make up her own songs on the piano! She also loves sports – in fact, she’ll take us on an exciting trip to the gym for some rock climbing! Go Ruby!

Get ready for a fun day with Ollie! Ollie loves to tell jokes, bake, ride his bike and play sports like baseball and basketball. He has Cerebral Palsy (CP) and it can affect the way he speaks, so Ollie will show us a cool tablet that he uses to communicate clearly with others. Then he’ll take a quick break to do his exercises with some cool equipment. They keep his legs strong! And when he’s done, Ollie will take us to the kitchen to make a yummy snack with Dad! If we’re lucky, he’ll even tell us about his “secret ingredient!”

Skylar is a generous, kind-hearted girl who lives with her mom, dad, and big sister, Aivah. Skylar has always been one of the tallest kids in her class and is sometimes even taller than her teachers! Being tall has its advantages. Skylar is great at sports, especially competitive cheerleading where she is a strong leader who lifts her teammates. Literally!

Theo is a busy 5-year-old who lives with his two moms. They have all sorts of fun together, they love to hike, golf and go on picnics! And we get to join them! But first, Theo is going to show us around his home, including his super cool, pirate-themed room, and where he watches movies on a giant theatre screen! Wow!
Episode 111 Nia and Kaelyn

Sisters Nia and Kaelyn live with their mom, dad, baby sister, and grandparents. Nia and Kaelyn show us that their unique family of three generations under one roof offers adventures even better than their impressive triple bunk bed. There’s plenty of activities going on like playing hide-and-seek with Grand-Dude and Grandmaman, getting their hair braided by mom, and making crafts in their dad’s workshop.
Episode 112 Ben

Ben lives downtown in a condo apartment with his mom, dad, sister Ellie and a 1-year-old doodle named Betty. He’s a lot smaller than the other kids in his grade but that doesn’t stop him from playing sports against the bigger kids. In fact, being small helps him be super quick and escape his opponents when playing soccer or hockey! As Ben says, “Let’s goooooo!”
