The world of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) affects the way we live every day. In fact, it’s a ScienceXplosion outside, inside, everywhere, every day! In this new series, magician, scientist, and plain old funster, Eric, is back, guided once again by his good friend VOX. ScienceXplosion helps us enjoy, explore, and navigate our  science-filled lives. In 45 x 3:30-minute entertaining and funny shorts, Eric introduces new STEM-based concepts, and demos some fantastic, easy DIY experiments for children ages 6-8. Kids  can learn to create airbrush artwork using the Bernoulli Principle or explore states of matter with Oobleck (it acts like both a solid and a liquid!), engineer a bridge from straws or launch a bottle rocket outside!

GAPC Entertainment was delighted to collaborate with the award-winning national organization, Let’s Talk Science, who provided content consultation and guidance throughout the production of the series. Guided by the Ontario STEM curriculum, ScienceXplosion will build upon the great momentum of sister series MathXplosion, exploring an equally diverse range of subject matter and concepts, always reminding its audience that it’s not magic, it’s science!

La science est partout! En fait, une ScienceXplosion se produit chaque jour, partout, autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur! ScienceXplosion, cette nouvelle série excitante axée sur les STIAM, marque le retour d’Éric, le magicien, scientifique et animateur. Il est guidé par sa fidèle amie VOX  pour nous aider à explorer notre monde où la science abonde! Au fil de 45 courts épisodes de 3 minutes et demie qui sont à la fois divertissants et drôles, Éric nous présente de nouveaux concepts fondés sur les STIAM et nous fait la démonstration d’expériences de bricolage DIY fantastiques et faciles pour les enfants de 6 à 8 ans.
